Kaveri is a naturally fiery ginger liqueur, made with real ginger for an authentic kick. Perfectly balanced, we sweeten with earthy, unrefined jaggery and add handmade essences of lime for citrus, and Himalayan black salt for a touch of salinity. Inspired by inji mittai - the iconic ginger candy - Kaveri is named after the eponymous river which flows through the South Indian region where the candy is sold.
