The Kings Coronation Cake Competition Winners!

This year's cake competition theme was 'The King's Coronation' ahead of His Majesty King Charles' Coronation this May. The competition was open to bakers of all abilities to create cakes 'fit for a king' whilst showing off their baking and cake decorating skills for thousands of visitors to see to be in with a chance of winning some great prizes! The competition was officially judged and presented by Juliet Sear on the 26th March 2023 on the Eat & Drink Stage. We loved every entry from our talented bakers, each cake was incredible with such hard work and hours of effort put into every entry capturing the essence of the Coronation theme. 

1st Place - 'The Royal Tea Party' by Laura Sloane 

2nd Place - 'Crowning Glory; One Head, Many Hats' by Cassie Loynds 

3rd Place - 'Classically Royal' by Laurie White
