Overseeing the pastry department across all areas of the hotel, including banqueting and various food and beverage outlets, Francesco’s responsibilities include curating the hotel's afternoon tea menu, which changes seasonally, as well as crafting delectable sweet offerings at SHIOK! – the hotel’s standalone pâtisserie. Additionally, he is in charge of creating exquisite desserts at Pan Pacific London's Southeast Asian signature restaurant, Straits Kitchen, as well as catering to in-room dining and banqueting needs. With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Francesco has held esteemed positions in several luxury properties, including The Connaught, The Mandarin Oriental, The Lanesborough, and Claridge's in London, as well as the Four Seasons Beijing and The Langham Shenzhen. Renowned for his modern, sophisticated, and innovative style, Francesco brings innovative creativity to his sweet treats.
