Additionally, he is in charge of creating exquisite desserts at Pan Pacific London's Southeast Asian signature restaurant, Straits Kitchen, as well as catering to in-room dining and banqueting needs. With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Francesco has held esteemed positions in several luxury properties, including The Connaught, The Mandarin Oriental, The Lanesborough, and Claridge's in London, as well as the Four Seasons Beijing and The Langham Shenzhen.
