Niall Healey
Niall is known for his passion for conceptual exploration with clients, guiding the process to deliver creative solutions that align with the project's objectives. With vast experience in residential design, his work also includes collaborations with brand development teams, contributing to architectural concepts for flagship stores such as L’Occitane in various locations, The Sanctuary in Covent Garden, The Bread Boutique in Chelsea, So Japanese in Soho, and Sozai Japanese Cooking School in the City of London.
In addition to his professional work, Niall is actively involved in representing the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) at industry trade shows and conferences. He has spoken at events like Homebuilding and Renovation Shows, The International Property Awards, SelfBuild 2017, and participated in the virtual SelfBuild+ event in 2020. Niall has also been part of Ask the Expert at Grand Designs and represented CIAT on podcasts like Houzz and Property Regeneration Show.
Furthermore, Niall contributes to the development of the architectural discipline as a senior lecturer at the University of East London and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster's CIAT-accredited Architectural Technology Honors Degree program.
