Noel qualified from Bolton Street College of technology back in 1985. Over the years he has built up an extensive experience of technology that sits behind architectural design. He has worked in large offices in London , the Terry Farrell Partnership to smaller provincial ones, Danks Badnell Architects Ltd, in Windsor. He is a chartered member of CIAT and has been a full member since the 1980s. While at Danks Badnell he was on the team that won an LABC award for technical excellence.    

He is an avid photographer, winning a gold medal in an international salon in Serbia in 2016. He also holds the title of AFIAP of the international federation of photographic artists.     

When not working he is a keen artist and urban sketcher. He is a member of the Windsor Artists Collective. He has produced pen and ink and watercolour drawings for architectural practices, estate agents and private clients. He is also a full member of the Society of Architectural Illustrators.
