Peter Lloyd’s Sticky Mango restaurants are inspired by his extensive travels around Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam, the award-winning menus a modern take on Asian cuisine. Packed with carefully balanced yet exuberant Asian flavours, perfect for sharing, the restaurants enjoy a signature, joyful feel and are styled in the pastel tones of the east. Peter has long been driven to develop an independent restaurant group delivering his southeast Asian concept to a wider audience. There are now two Sticky Mango restaurants including the original on London’s South Bank near Waterloo which opened in 2016, his flagship restaurant in Tower Bridge which opened in 2023.
