Rex, a British-born Filipino chef and entrepreneur, embarked on a mission to pioneer and popularise modern Filipino cuisine in 2014. Currently, he manages 'Turo Turo,' a Filipino BBQ and street food brand, with aspirations to open his first restaurant. Rex is also in the
process of writing his inaugural Filipino cookbook, following nationwide exposure as a finalist on Channel 4’s 'The Great Cookbook Challenge' with Jamie Oliver.
