Ursula Ferrigno, a highly acclaimed food writer and chef, embodies the passion for quality cuisine derived from the freshest natural ingredients, with a focus on Italian and Mediterranean culinary traditions. Her expertise extends to Italian, vegetarian, baking, and gluten-free recipes. 

Having received training at the Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts, Ursula has shared her culinary knowledge at prestigious cookery schools in both the UK and Italy, including the renowned Leith’s School of Food and Wine. She conducted classes across all Sur la Table stores in the US, serves as a consultant chef to Caffè Nero, and has been featured on various BBC TV programs. With over 18 cookery books to her name, including "Cucina Siciliana" for Ryland Peters & Small, Ursula has contributed to publications such as Olive, BBC Good Food, The Observer, and Taste Italia.
