Mira will be making the Coco Fudge she has featured in all three of her books, each with a slight variation, a winning recipe at all her events and supperclubs'as well as Mira's cafe when she had a space in Kingly Court, Carnaby. Coco Fudge is her plant-based and healthy take on a traditional Indian sweet, made with chickpea flour, coconut oil and dates with the addition of spices.
